Lindsey HolmWe all encounter stressful situations and events in our lives that can feel overwhelming and even insurmountable at times. These experiences are a normal part of life and may lead us to require a little help from time to time. Lindsey Holm is a licensed clinical psychologist who performs comprehensive psychological evaluations, as well as provides psychotherapy services with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Lindsey adopts a collaborative and strengths-based approach to both therapy and psychological assessment. She believes that everyone has a unique set of strengths and qualities that can be helpful in achieving our personal goals and empowering us to reach our true potential.

In her therapeutic work, Lindsey recognizes the importance of trust in the therapeutic relationship and the tremendous courage it takes to allow yourself to be open and vulnerable with another person. Lindsey strives to provide a supportive, understanding, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable to bring your true self into the room and openly express your thoughts and feelings.

In her work with children and adolescents, Lindsey encourages creativity and often incorporates play therapy techniques to assist children in developing and enhancing their ability to solve problems, manage challenging emotions, and build autonomy and self-confidence. In addition to working one-on-one with children, Lindsey also believes that is it essential to partner with you as parents and caregivers to assist you in gaining strategies and tools with how to best support your child in times of distress and dysregulation. In working together, we can explore ways to enhance the overall quality and satisfaction in your relationship with your child.
