Greta approaches therapeutic work grounded in the belief that a person’s desire to feel safe in therapy is crucial to their success in therapy. Greta believes that helping people live the life they imagined often requires an eclectic therapeutic approach. She works from the belief that each client has different needs that require different approaches. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, systemic, and humanistic approaches.
